One of the most desirable locations in Kihei! Your home away from home! This is a very quaint, quiet property. Great for family time and relaxing. We recently put in a brand new Queen bed and sleeper sofa! A new 55 inch Smart TV and new split AC system in the living room has been added. It's like being at home and upon arrival you will see a goodie basket that includes a bag of coffee just for you! This is a clean and cozy space decorated in island style. This unit is painted with neutral colors and is a very homey and comfortable unit - fully furnished with all amenities including all linens, cookware, glassware, beach gear and more! It is a spacious 1 bedroom with large windows opening up to the lanai. We offer a nice walk in shower and the garden lanai is nice for relaxing, reading or enjoying a cocktail. The pool, hot tub and outdoor pavilion for cooking and dining are for use of guests too! Conveniently located near our unit. Cook at home to save money! <br /><br />***Disclosure: BIKES: As a courtesy, our bikes may be used by our guests. However, any use of the bikes shall be at your own risk. Upon your use or any of your parties use of the bikes, you agree that you are responsible for any injury or accident that may result from your use of the bikes. You understand that we will not be held liable and will be held harmless from any injury or accident that occurs as a result of your or any of your parties use of the bikes. Otherwise, use of the bikes is prohibited. Bikes are a hot commodity on Maui, so when using the bikes, please always use the bike lock to lock them up when out and about. Please note that we are not on island to maintain the bikes. We will not supply bike tubes or tires for the bikes. We have asked our guests to replace the tubes and tires when they pop them, but some do not. If the tires are flat and you want to use them, you will have to replace the tubes or tires. Tools and bike pump are in the bike stand basket. There is also a bike shop within minutes away should they need service of any sort, which we will be happy to reimburse you for with a copy of a receipt. Upon your use or any of your parties use of beach gear, you agree that you are responsible for any injury, accident or death that may result from use. You agree that we will not be held liable and will be held harmless from any injury, accident or death that occurs as a result of your or any of your parties use of the beach gear including boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc. We understand that beach gear will be submitted to a lot of wear and tear. We will not hold you responsible for that. Any boogie boards brought in must be cleaned (car wash area on site) after each use to avoid getting sand in the unit and for sanitary reasons snorkel gear must be sanitized using alcohol or soapy water. Upon check out at 11:00am on your day of departure, all items belonging to the unit must be left in the unit (snorkel gear, fins, chairs, coolers, towels, etc.) and put back in their original location. The laundry room, pool, hot tub and bbq pavillion are shared spaces for your to use. A lock box is on the door so you can check in at anytime after 3pm! this unit is in central Kihei and is close to everything. people love this unit because the ocean is out the front door. the pool, barbecue pavilion and hot tub is out the back door and is walking distance to wonderful restaurants, bars and shopping. A grocery store is just behind the complex and urgent Care is across the street and much more!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is the Kihei Garden Estates resort complex. Conveniently located. Pickle Ball courts are just down the street. Easy to get in and out of Kihei. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, Urgent Care and more. A golf course is right up the street. This unit sleeps 5. 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 twin air mattress. We have been in the business for 16 years since 2008 and are very hands on owners. Working directly with our guests is what we prefer and we have found that is what our guests prefer as well.
