San Francisco Short-Term Residential Rental Registration Number 2023-5294STR<br />Located in a quite neighborhood on a dead end street, that backs up to the Presido, this 5 bedroom home will give you all the comforts and amenities that you will need to have a great stay in a great city.<br />Out the back gate are literally miles and miles of nature trails leading to Chrissy Field, Baker Beach, GG Bridge and the Disney Museum.<br />Out the front, the city, restaurants, public transportation, entertainment.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />We have been hosting since 2008 with 89 five star reviews on another site ( we are unable to share the site name - its 4 letters).<br /><br />Walking in, you will find a very open plan leading straight out back to the deck and yard overlooking the Presidio National Park. As you enter, on your left, the TV room with a 57" modern TV and piano. Past the staircase on your left is the kitchen and casual eating area and as you move further in you will find our spacious living room. Next to the staircase is the 1/2 bath.<br /><br />On the second floor, at the top of the stairs, 4 doors. First a full bathroom with shower, two bedrooms on the right with queen size beds finally, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sliding doors to a very large deck overlooking the Presidio as well.<br /><br />The third floor is comprised of an office space, two bedrooms, one king bed and two twins and a compact full bathroom.<br /><br />Back on the downstairs deck, you will find BBQ's, patio heaters and a complete set of furniture.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STR-0005294
