Our beautiful 3 bedroom home is nestled in the upscale, safe, and peaceful neighborhood of Presidio Heights. Settle into our light-filled elegant space with high speed internet, 55" smart TV, laundry room and a large balcony overlooking the garden. Walking distance to Laurel Village, Fillmore Street, and the Presidio which offers casual to fine dining, coffee shops, boutiques, parks and trails, grocery stores, and more. 10 minute drive to Golden Gate Bridge and Marina District.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You will be renting the main floor of our home, the upper unit of a 2 unit building. <br />Please note our home is located up two flights of stairs.<br />Also note, our home has shared entry areas, explained below under Guest access.<br /><br /><br />CITY REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES:<br />No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location.<br />Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund. <br /><br />- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.<br />- Photo ID of primary guest must be submitted prior to checkin.<br />- Daytime & overnight occupancy is 6 people.<br />- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.<br /><br />CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:<br />- We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs as this time is dedicated to home readiness for guests.<br />- No pets allowed.<br />- No smoking, vapes, or e-cigarettes allowed. <br /><br />PARKING:<br />- Street parking is convenient and free in Presidio Heights. <br /><br />We want to ensure you enjoy your stay. The entire first floor is yours to enjoy. <br />The shared spaces include the front door, entryway staircase and foyer.
