We want you to be as comfortable as possible and are happy to provide earplugs <br />Insects, “pests”, geckos, and anything else of such nature are a valuable part of our ecosystem. Just like any other host, or hotel, we routinely treat for household insects, while it is rare to see such inside, it is always a possibility given our environment. This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out. Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit. Unless harmful, or in excess, it does not constitute cause for a refund. <br />There is nearby construction at the lot next door, which can be seen from your room. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. At various parts of the construction, you can expect a fair amount of dust, noise, and vibration from your lanai.
