A gorgeous remodeled studio featuring an ocean view lanai with a pool right outside. The lanai has a huge umbrella and bbq, and is a fully enclosed dining area with a self-closing gate to keep your kids safely away from the pool. The interior is all freshly renovated in 2020 with stylish and comfortable furniture. Covered parking is steps from the entry and plenty of quality beach gear is available for you to use anytime. Ice-cold A/C and Apple TV make relaxing inside just as nice.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This large studio features a kitchenette, dining area, living area, and a king bed. Stocked with lots of cooking appliances like a cooktop, instant pot, toaster over, and panini press, you can whip up almost any meal. Other sleeping options can be added upon request (airbed, cot, portable crib). Touches of brass and gold are found throughout. The private lanai has a BBQ, dining tables, and a huge umbrella. A private washer and dryer are available inside the unit free of charge for easy access, as well as an A/C unit.<br /><br />We provide beach gear (snorkels, fins, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella) for no extra charge!<br /><br />Wifi: Fiber-optic speed! 400 down, 400 up, perfect for working from "home". Computer monitor with HDMI is available upon request.<br /><br />The layout ensures social distancing is automatic! The Airbnb studio is the only living area on the lower floor and we can chat from our 2nd story balcony to your carport if you need to ask questions face to face safely. We only use our own driveway on a different street so there is never a need to wear masks. Comforters are laundered between each guest as well.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the pool, the yard, the carport, and a private pool deck.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We live upstairs with our kids, so you may hear us walking around or talking if doors and/or windows are left open.<br /><br />The pool is shared with us, but we generally avoid it when you are using it.<br /><br />We have a friendly dog Luna in the backyard sometimes but she doesn't bark and doesn't have access to your outdoor dining area.
