The home is equipped with high speed fiber internet.<br /><br />Each bedroom has Nectar memory foam hybrid mattresses with Luxome Bamboo sheets which are incredibly comfortable!<br /><br />Relax next to the pool In the back yard oasis, or enjoy a refreshing swim when the weather is nice. the pool cleaner in on-site every Friday morning to ensure the pool is clean and ready for your enjoyment.<br /><br />Sink into the luxuriously comfortable couch in the living room and enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the large 75” smart TV.<br /><br />Nespresso coffee and tea are provided, and the Kitchen is stocked with cookware, appliances, and spices for your use.<br /><br />Guests will have access to the entire home, Except for the garage (for owner's storage). <br /><br />THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! I have a zero tolerance policy for parties or additional guests beyond the max guest count of 7 people. If you intend to have a party please find another property. There are exterior video cameras on the property as well as noise level monitoring equipment. If you have a party or exceed the guest count you will be required to leave the property immediately. There are no video cameras inside the home and none facing the pool.<br /><br />The top unit above the garage operates as a rental and may be occupied by other travelers. The top, 1 bed 1 bath, unit has a separate entrance and does not have access to the pool. If there are guests in the top unit you may be able to hear light footsteps or showering.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The code for the digital door lock will be provided for easy access prior to your arrival as well as a welcome book guide with more details about the property, recommended dining, and other activities in the area. Plenty of parking is always available on the street next to the house. No parking permit required.
