This has it all for your group of friends or family members. There are three large king bedrooms, one small queen bedroom and two large bathrooms both accessible from the hallways. It sleeps 8 comfortably. The backyard has a beautiful pool and hot tub and great gardens. Both the pool and the hot tub were resurfaced last year. The pool is heated from mid-May-October. The hot tub is available all year.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Located at the end of a private road, down a tree lined street, this large four bedroom and two full bathroom (accessible in hallway) house has it all. With plenty of room both inside and outside, your family or group will be very comfortable staying here while enjoying the Sonoma wine country. <br /><br />The outside pool area has a water fall from the upper hot tub. The large deck around the pool provides lots of room to relax and enjoy a swim and maybe a glass of wine and barbecue dinner after a day of wine country experiences.<br /><br />This beautifully and casually decorated split level house provides lots of privacy for your group. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a full bathroom (off the hall) with one bedroom off the back patio area. On the mid-level is a queen bedroom and the large kitchen and dining area for eight people. On the upper level there is a king bedroom with a full bath outside the room. A large living/TV room and desk area is also located on the upper level.<br /><br />The house is within a few miles of excellent restaurants, world class wineries, gourmet grocery stores, great hiking, and bicycle trails, and only five miles from the historic plaza.<br /><br />The kitchen is well equipped with all the items you will need for your chef. There are spices and basic supplies for your use. The house has a washer/dryer, large flat screen smart TV with cable (in the living room), high speed Wi-Fi for work or streaming, heating, and air conditioning. All paper supplies are provided, high end and professionally laundered bed linens and inside and outside towels are provided. The pool is heated from Memorial Weekend to October 31st. <br /><br /><br /><br />We are registered with the Sonoma County Permit # 1414N<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the entire house and property.
