There is a powerful AC unit in the living room. The unit also has a ceiling fan in each room, an extra portable fan as well as extra vented windows to maximize the flow of the ocean breeze.<br /><br />HOW FAR IS IT TO THE BEACH?<br />It is a 5-minute walk to the white sand Kiahuna Beach, allowing for quick access.<br /><br />DOES THE CONDO INCLUDE USE OF A POOL & FITNESS CENTER?<br />Yes! All Kiahuna Plantation guests have free access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street. For access you will check in at Poipu Beach Athletic Club. You will find a large swimming pool, water slide, hot tub, full gym, full locker rooms, 2 half basketball courts, 3 pickleball courts and 4 tennis courts. They provide all sporting equipment such as basketballs, tennis racquets and balls, pickleball equipment, table tennis, etc. Lastly, there is an onsite restaurant and bar with full service and a great menu.<br /><br />IS BEACH GEAR INCLUDED?<br />Yes! The condo includes bodyboards, beach chairs, beach mats, and a beach umbrella.
