The room is decorated in the Hawaiian style and includes a small walk in closet. The unique open air design with screens and shutters allows you to enjoy the tropical ocean breeze and partial ocean and coastline views. When you get hungry, the room offers an eating area that looks out over tropical palms or just a short walk takes you to restaurants, coffee shops, and a farmers market. The room is also right across from the Great Wall of Kuakini or in Hawaiian “Ka pa nui o Kuakini.” The wall was created by Royal Kuakini in the 1800's while he was serving as the Royal Governor of the Hawaii Island. Enjoy your stay overlooking a piece of Hawaiian history!<br />We do not allow Bicycles in the Plumeria room.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This room is located at the middle of the house and closer to the road. <br />During the day there will be traffic noise. Typically the road noise calms down at night but occasionally there could be a loud vehicle that goes by the house. <br />Private entrance and private bathroom. <br />One onsite parking space per room. <br />We have a BBQ that has a side burner for outdoor cooking.
