The home is decorated with a tropical flare and your comfort in mind. The fourth bedroom and third bathroom is in the optional downstairs one bedroom suite, with over 580 square feet for larger groups (only rented with main home). Downstairs suite included if you have 9-12 guests. If you would like the downstairs suite and your party is smaller than 9, you may rent it for $100 per night (please let us know to add the suite). NEW FIBER OPTIC HIGH SPEED INTERNET 600 MBPS INSTALLED APRIL 2024.<br />Closest beach to our property is Honomalino Beach.<br />To hike to Honomalino Beach on Hawaii's Big Island, drive south from Kailua-Kona on Highway 11 for about 30 miles, then turn left onto Miloli'i Road (near the 89-mile marker) and descend 4 miles to Miloli'i Beach Park. Park in the public lot (arrive early, ideally on a weekday, as parking for Honomalino access may be restricted). From the trailhead near the park’s restrooms or yellow church, follow the marked 0.7-mile trail south along the coast. The path crosses private land, dense vegetation, and sharp lava fields, taking 20-30 minutes each way. Wear sturdy shoes, bring water, and respect local signs and sacred sites. The trail ends at a secluded salt-and-pepper beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This is a private home and you will have access to the main home, pool, and yard, (downstairs suite included if you have 9-12 guests).
