The parking structure is attached to the building by the main entrance. Heightened wheel base or large truck vehicles are not recommended.<br /><br />* A one-time $10 fee per person applies for gym access, only if you use the gym. Please let us know in advance.<br /><br />* We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises. <br /><br />Please note that a $1000 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter to Airbnb for further action.
