Large Lanai doors (with screens) open up to a large covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen with private BBQ grill and fridge. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking.<br /><br />We love kids ! We have lots of items for families ranging from pack and play, high chair/booster, bed rails, baby monitors, swim vests, even a toddler toilet ring and kids kitchen utensils.<br /><br />IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests.
