Experience the comforts of home with a full-size kitchen, a living room boasting large TV and plush leather couches, and a bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed, the second bedroom includes a twin-over-double bunk bed and a rollout twin bed, while the upstairs bedroom boasts a king bed, another full bathroom, and a cozy sitting area. This unit is perfect for families seeking to savor all that Tahoe has to offer.<br /><br />Strategically located near picturesque hiking trails, the awe-inspiring Emerald Bay, tranquil Fallen Leaf Lake, and the iconic Camp Richardson, our unit serves as an ideal haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Explore the area at your leisure, enjoying pleasant strolls to excellent restaurants that promise unforgettable dining experiences during your Tahoe retreat.<br /><br />While our unit, like many places in Tahoe, does not have air conditioning, the mild climate ensures a naturally comfortable atmosphere, complemented by the invigorating mountain air. Please be aware that we don't have an on-site office, and inquiries may not be addressed after 9:00 pm, embracing the charming essence of a lodge rather than a 24-hour hotel.<br /><br />To enhance your booking experience, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. For added flexibility, we recommend considering travel insurance at the time of booking—an excellent suggestion from both us and Airbnb. The check-in instructions will be sent at 04:00 PM. Guests will receive access codes to the key safe located at the unit's front door for seamless entry to the property.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs during peak seasons.<br /><br />Note that the studio doesn't have AC as Tahoe's summer climate is generally mild. <br /><br />Please be aware that there's no on-site office, and inquiries may not be addressed after 9:00 PM, as we aren't a 24-hour hotel.<br /><br />Kindly note, we do not provide refunds for weather or road conditions. <br /><br />Thank you for your understanding.
