Welcome to our updated & stylish South Lake Tahoe home! Our 3 bed, 2 bath home sleeps up to 6 adults. 2 extra kids under 13 are welcome. We are also pet friendly so bring your fur babies! A huge highlight of our home is we are located in the city boundaries so close to the Tahoe Keys marina, Cove East walking trail to the beach, Camp Richardson bike path, Upper Truckee river & more. There is no street parking allowed at rentals so make sure to park 2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway.<br />• Our home is non-smoking.<br />• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm - 8am but elevated noise will not be tolerated at any time. Occupancy is also limited during quiet hours.<br />• After you book, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement.<br />• We try our best to WOW you and earn your 5-star review so please be gracious when reviewing our home and we will do the same when we review you! :)<br />• There is no official backyard at our home. We have a large front yard with deck and a small fenced dog run area in the back as shown in the photos.<br />• We have 1 extra twin trundle bed available. If you'd like that made up just let us know before your arrival. <br />♡ Love our home but want to save $? Book during the week for much lower rates!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />👮🏻♂️ Local Rental Laws<br />We welcome guests who are in compliance with the local vacation rental ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance regarding parking, occupancy, noise, trash, etc. We have exterior security cameras and are friends with our neighbors. We reserve the right to charge guests and in rare cases ask guests to leave our home and forfeit their reservation if the local laws are not being followed. Thank you for your doing your part to keep Tahoe a safe and friendly place to live and visit for years to come! :)<br /><br />🐶 Pet Policy<br />• We welcome responsible pet owners and up to 2 well behaved dogs.<br />• Please add the # of pets you are bringing to the reservation so the pet fee can be added.<br />• Dogs must be potty trained so no puppies or pee pads please. <br />• Pet owners must pick up dog poop before checking out. <br />• Pets must be kept off furniture & bedding.
