Thank you for considering our home! <br /><br />Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, minutes from plazas and bus stations. <br /><br />This home is a duplex, with a detached ADU lives long-term friendly tenants. You’ll share the laundry room with the other 2 units.<br /><br />You'll stay in this front unit (#1) with a private entrance. <br /><br />Pets are welcome! Just add them to your reservation and let us know.<br /><br />I’m very responsive and will always be there to help if you need anything!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />House Rules for Pets:<br /><br />Pets cannot be left unattended at any time. We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur.<br /><br />Pets are not allowed on furniture, including sofas and beds.<br /><br />Any pet hair left on furniture or bedding will incur an additional cleaning fee.
