It is light and airy, with windows in every room and French doors that open to a private back deck with stairs to a private garden. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a ceiling fan, while the other has a full-size bed. The bathroom has classic subway tiling and a shower tub. The large living room has a ceiling fan and flows into a separate dining area. The separate kitchen has modern appliances, including two ovens, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. <br /><br />The home is within walking distance from BART, buses, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, parks, and views of the Bay.<br /><br />Nearby attractions include The Cheesboard, Chez Panisse, Farmhouse Thai, The Berkeley Rose Garden, Indian Rock, Tilden Regional Park, Berkeley Cal University, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, and more.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have full use of the 2-bedroom / 1-bathroom apartment and deck.
