Downstairs unit is also a short term rental. In order to access Kalapaki Beach and the nearby resorts, take the sidewalk past the front gate and look for the elevator down the path to your left.<br /><br />Please use electricity and water responsibly and be sure to turn off the AC while you are away from the home. The weather in Kauai is mild and beautiful year round and the home is equipped with an excellent AC system that will immediately cool to your liking when turned on, however, if left on unnecessarily while you are away the electricity cost is substantial.
