In-room bathroom includes large shower, double vanity sink, and separate toilet room. Kitchenette has full-sized refrigerator, 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster oven. The apartment is closed off from the main house, and only one wall of space is adjacent to main house living space. Onsite laundry is in shared space. <br /><br />The apartment is lightly furnished (includes queen size bed, dresser, bookcase, ample lighting, table and chairs). No pets and no smoking of any kind on the premises. Prefer long term guests, but will accommodate short-term visitors.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Private (not-shared) apartment with private entrance. The laundry room is the only shared space (shared only with host), and (during this time of COVID) I have set up a means of communicating about when I will need access. Mostly, it's available as needed.
