We can’t turn this off but we are about a 5 minute walk to 2 beaches and steps to the ocean. <br /><br />Wake up to the sounds of the palms dancing in the wind, tropical birds singing and waves crashing. Enjoy your complimentary morning coffee or tea with the ocean breeze, monarch butterflies and sea turtles. All with stunning views of neighboring islands Moloka‘i and Lanai just steps from your front door. <br /><br />During fruit season, pick your own breakfast from the mango tree right off of your private lanai, or enjoy many of the other tropical fruits the fruit plantation has to offer.<br /><br />Walk to 2 local beaches and several restaurants. Take in the rainbows over the gardens and ocean. Experience the warm trade winds, sandy surf, breathtaking views and glittery stars at night. In the winter months watch whales and dolphins play from the oceanfront lounge. <br />_______________________<br />Our love shack was designed to bring complete relaxation and bohemian aloha vibes for the dreamy vacation you deserve.<br /><br />As you arrive to the property, you’ll have reserved 1 car parking right next to the house, perfectly situated underneath the apple banana trees for a tropical welcome!<br /><br />Upon entering you'll find soaring high ceilings throughout the property. The great room is perfect for entertaining with a fully equipped kitchen, island seating and open layout that flows to the oversized cloud-style couch. Pair your phone or laptop to the sound bar and enjoy music all day. We also have a 55” 4k HD Smart TV equipped with complimentary Netflix and cable, perfect for enjoying a movie after a long day at the beach.  <br /><br />Seamless indoor/outdoor living— the great room opens up to the sunny and private lanai covered in lush tropical landscaping. Features include a large dining table, guest amenities closet, towel hooks, lounge chair as well as a swinging hammock chair. The perfect sanctuary to read, meditate, entertain, dine, catch up on some work or do some yoga.<br /><br />The main bedroom provides a king sized nectar memory foam mattress, situated under an oversized mandala headboard hand carved in Thailand. Lush jungle views from both windows & handmade furniture.<br /><br />The second bedroom features a queen tempur-pedic. Peek-a-boo ocean views and the perfect desk space to work from home in style with views of the banana trees.<br /><br />The bathroom features a private shower finished with grounding stone and an oversized, therapeutic rainfall shower head and wand. It is the only stand-alone building In the complex/area that lives like a single family home. You get the best of both worlds! A private home with well kept landscaping and resort like amenities <br /><br />- We have a service dog who stays with us when we visit the property. Although we provide an enhanced clean please do not book if you are highly allergic to dogs<br /><br />- All ages are welcome at Ka Hale Aloha, however we do not have special accommodations specific to infants and young children <br /><br />- Please do not pick from the banana trees on the property- if you’d like some fresh bananas please let us know and if there are some available they will be dropped off. During fruit season you can find fruit for you to share in a basket in the clubhouse (the building directly next to Ka Hale Aloha)<br /><br />- Landscaping takes place on Mondays & Thursdays every week so there will be some noise and workers attending to the plants around the property <br /><br />- First time in Hawaii? Ka Hale Aloha is a part of local nature and island living. We pride ourselves on the highest cleaning standards and use eco-friendly pest spray each quarter, but that doesn't always stop the rare gecko or insect from visiting the house. Some of Maui’s most common pests include: ants, roaches, spiders etc. Any visitors spotted in Ka Hale Aloha have been harmless but we do provide bug spray for you underneath the kitchen sink. These insects are everywhere on island so please follow the house rules to avoid attracting them into the home.<br /><br />- We provide 3 pillows per guest (2 down and 1 cooling memory foam). Each are in hypoallergenic pillow protectors, but if you have allergies please use the memory foam pillows <br /><br />- The main dining area is out back on the Lanai for a very earthy experience <br /><br />- Our property is designed to host a maximum of 4 guests per stay. We will consider a 5th guest upon request for an additional fee of $50/night. Your request must be made upon booking and approved prior to check-in. Any undeclared guests staying at the property will be subject to a $250/night fee. <br /><br />-Like any vacation rental/hotel, remodels in the neighborhood can happen at any point. Fortunately we are a detached bungalow and we do not share any walls with the other condos. If we do not inform you of any remodel noise in the neighborhood, we are unaware and would appreciate notice so we can properly inform future guests.
