As with any home, you may hear normal household footsteps or morning routines from above, especially if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to sound.<br /><br />The homeowners also have pets upstairs — they never enter the guest unit, but may bark briefly from time to time. May not be suitable for those with extreme sensitivity to allergies. <br /><br />The studio includes a 1-2 step transition between areas; guests with mobility concerns or balance issues may wish to review photos carefully or reach out before booking.<br /><br />Street parking is 2hr only between hours of 8am-6pm.
