Quick walk to dining, shops and transit, but steep SF hills!<br /><br />CAPACITY: Best for 2–3 adults. Sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed + king pull-out in living room. Cozy space — great for close friends or family, but can feel snug with 4 adults and luggage. <br /><br />NOISE: No street noise. Occasional foot traffic from upstairs (earplugs and white noise machine provided) because my roommate and I live directly above you. The walls are thin because this is an old classic SF row house, built in the 1950's. We are usually quiet and settle down by 9pm so your sleep will go undisturbed. <br /><br />TEMPERATURE: The central heating is on a smart schedule to optimize sleep and conserve energy at night. Portable heaters/fan, a heated mattress pad and extra blankets are provided so guests can adjust heat anytime. If needed, we can also make remote adjustments to the central thermostat upon request.<br /><br />BABIES: If you need baby items, BabyQuip rents out cribs, strollers, car seats, and high chairs. Delivery is $15, or pick-up is free.<br /><br />SECURITY: For security purposes there are 2 security cameras on the exterior of the house: 1 located at side gate 1 located at front door. There is no camera in private area or inside bedroom, only outside.<br /><br />ALLERGIES: Standard bedding includes down. Non-down alternatives are always available upon request.
