Our 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is a peaceful retreat for guests who value quiet, nature, and space. Set on nearly half an acre at the end of a quiet road, it offers privacy, forest views, sunny lawns, and a seasonal creek. Inside, enjoy an open layout with a stone fireplace, comfortable seating, and a renovated kitchen. With no streetlights, nights are perfect for stargazing. Ideal for families and quiet groups seeking rest and restoration.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Space<br /><br />Upon entering the home, you’re greeted by a stone fireplace straight ahead—the heart of the house. The great room features natural pine-paneled walls, an open layout, and a mix of hardwood and tile flooring, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.<br /><br />The living area includes four comfortable couches and a sofa by the gas fireplace—perfect for relaxing evenings—as well as a desk and chair for work or quiet study.<br /><br />To the left of the fireplace, you’ll find the dining area and a newly renovated kitchen, thoughtfully equipped for shared meals and easy gathering.<br /><br />Bedrooms & Bathrooms<br /><br />All four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are conveniently located on one level once inside (please note there are about 15 stairs from the parking area to the front door).<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements include:<br /><br />One bedroom with a king-size bed (updated in 2026)<br />One bedroom with a queen-size bed (updated in 2023)<br />One spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed<br />One bright, separate room with a queen-size sofa bed<br /><br />Both full bathrooms were fully renovated in 2023.<br /><br />Quiet Hours & In-Law Unit<br /><br />There is a very quiet, separate in-law unit located below the living room with its own private entrance (not included in this listing).<br /><br />As a courtesy, we kindly ask that noise—especially in the living room, dining area, and kitchen—be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.<br /><br />The home is situated in a peaceful neighborhood and is not suitable for parties or events.<br /><br />Guests & Occupancy<br /><br />Our home is set up to comfortably host up to 6 registered guests, which is what the base rate covers.<br />If your group is a bit larger, you’re very welcome to add additional guests at $100 per person, per day.<br /><br />To keep things smooth for everyone (and respectful of our neighbors), we kindly ask that only registered guests be on the property.<br /><br />Pets<br /><br />We’re happy to welcome well house-trained pets—four-legged guests included. <br />A $100 pet fee applies per stay.<br /><br />We do ask that pets are not left unattended, and that any pet-related damage or extra cleaning is taken care of by their humans.<br /><br />When booking, please be sure to include the correct number of guests and pets so everything is set up just right for your stay.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Arrival & Parking<br /><br />As you drive up the driveway toward the end of the road, you’ll find our home on your right-hand side. From the parking area, a short set of about 15 stairs leads up to a long outdoor deck, which connects directly to the main entrance and offers a lovely transition from outdoors to in.<br /><br />Important driving notes:<br /><br />Please veer RIGHT at the mailboxes to access our driveway<br />Do not use the neighbor’s driveway on the left<br />There is no street parking on Eucalyptus Way, as all roadside areas are private property<br /><br />At the end of the driveway, you’ll notice a small, separate building—this is used for owner storage and is not part of the guest space.<br /><br />Parking<br /><br />Two designated parking spaces are available at the top of the driveway<br />Street parking is not permitted. <br /><br />If you have a third vehicle, you’re welcome to park along the left side of the driveway. Please be sure to keep the carport clear, as a Jeep needs to be able to enter and exit at all times.
