Peaceful family home in San Jose.<br /><br />2 blocks (4 min walk) from the Tamien VTA transit, which stops at Levi's Stadium, host of the 7 World Cup matches (10 min train ride)<br /><br />We live in a quiet neighborhood and this is our home-everything you could imagine and more.<br /><br />3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, great room (living kitchen/dining) back yard deck with a fire pit, IR sauna and Green Egg BBQ.<br /><br />Our home does have a second unit, renters, very private.<br /><br />The two properties are completely separate.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Master BR has queen bed and private full bathroom, with shower.<br /><br />2nd BR also has a queen bed and shares the second bathroom with BR #3.<br /><br />Bedroom #3 has a full (read: small double bed) and is also set up with studio lights and a bar height desk for video conference calls. We use this BR as a home office and it becomes the second guest room as needed.<br /><br />The backyard gets afternoon shade, so it is super comfortable. Fire pit, Green Egg BBQ, and even an IR sauna for great health.<br /><br />Finally, we have an organic urban farm. When you are here, it will be tended, but not harvested....unless you like vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes, watermelons, okra, fresh green beans, or a variety of 10 hot peppers. Feel free to pick whatever is fresh!<br /><br />Parking is in the driveway (2 spots) and (free) on the street. <br /><br />One of the bedrooms doubles as a home office. Studio lights for video calls, great wifi, standing desk with barstool height captain's chair.<br /><br />We also have a Tesla Super Charger if you are driving an EV. Super helpful.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Enjoy the entire home, including (read: especially) the back yard deck and garden.<br /><br />I have a background in cooking, so the kitchen is well stocked with cast-iron pans, 5 burner gas stove, and awaits your creativity.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We an urban farm--small but filled with organic tomatoes, cucumbers, hot peppers, squash, and more. <br /><br />Feel free to harvest what is ripe and enjoy.
