Our comfortably furnished condo provides you with just about everything you will need for a memorable getaway--beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc--it even includes a big comfy sectional and two air conditioners (one in the bedroom and the other in the living room) for the hot summer nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, food disposal, utensils and other essential items (toaster, coffee maker, plates & glasses, etc.). There is a wall-mounted 66" HD TV with cable in the living room and outdoor furniture on the lanai. The bedroom includes a queen platform bed with a 10” thick Tuft and Needle foam mattress. Kihei Kai Nani amenities include: gorgeous tropical landscaping, BBQ gas grill, swimming pool, a well-equipped laundry facility and recycle bins all just a few steps from our home. Kihei Kai Nani is conveniently located within walking distance to so many 'must see' sights and 'must do' adventures...just offshore to the south of our quiet beach lies a beautiful reef, known for sea turtles and other sealife.<br /><br />A good quality coin-operated laundromat is next to the swimming pool. A change machine and detergent vending is available there.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to all parts of the condominium except for locked owner storage.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The swimming pool gates have combination locks for the protection of small children.
