Beautiful lanai downstairs off the kitchen with comfortable furnishings. A second lanai is located upstairs off of the main bedroom- perfect place for that first cup of coffee. Fully equipped kitchen and living room with books and games. CableTV in the living room available for all of your streaming purposes, as well as basic tv channels. Upstairs tv provides streaming with all your favorite apps.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will receive a gate code to access the main entrance of the complex prior to your arrival.<br />You will have full use of the condo, with the exception of the garage. Please do not park in the garage. All of the beach equipment is stored in there: boogie boards, sand toys, ice chests, chairs, umbrellas etc. <br /> <br />Two pools and hot tub accessed with pool key as well as a keypad.
