This suite is located on the corner of the 17th floor with a spacious living area.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our 2-bedroom presidential suite has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and two full-sized beds in the second bedroom to sleep 6 guests. It has views of the water, mountains, and city lights. There are 3 lanais (balconies) from where you can enjoy the ocean breezes.<br /><br />This immense 2-bedroom suite stretches from one end of the building to the other, giving ample space to relax and make yourself at home. There are several shuttle companies at the airport that provide transportation into Waikiki. A few of these are VIP Shuttle, Roberts Hawaii, and Speedi-Shuttle. Reservations can be made online or at the airport.<br /><br />What is the cancellation policy?<br />- The unit's cancellation policy is Strict. Each unit will have a starter pack of toilet paper as well as basic cleaning supplies (dish soap, paper towels, general cleaning products, trash bags). You are responsible for providing your own supply once this runs out. <br /><br />Does the unit have cooking facilities?<br />- Yes, the unit has a full kitchen.<br /><br />What appliances does the apartment have?<br />- The unit is furnished with basic appliances. Please check the amenities list in the listing for more information.<br /><br />Can I have things delivered to the unit?<br />- Due to security reasons, we do not permit things being delivered to the unit.<br /><br />Who should I contact in an emergency or when I don't understand something?<br />- For any medical and life-threatening emergencies, please dial ​911​. For any emergency issues that may damage the unit or the building (i.e. plumbing leaks, fire, etc.), there is a ​Security Guard ​on duty 24-hours a day that can respond. For any ​non-emergency issues ​(clogged drain, lockout, maintenance needed), please contact the property manager through Airbnb.<br /><br />What should I do with my trash?<br />- Trash chutes are located at the end of the hall, opposite of the elevators. Please be sure to place all trash in bags prior to throwing down the chute and recycle bottles and cans accordingly.<br /><br />How close is the nearest beach?<br />- Walking at a leisurely pace, the closest beach would be about a 10-minute walk through Fort DeRussy Park. Waikiki Beach is approximately 1/2 mile away, or about a 20-minute walk.<br /><br />Does the rental have any beach items available for my use?<br />- The unit may have beach items (coolers, chairs, beach toys) that have been left behind by previous guests for your enjoyment. ​Use of these items is at your own risk and should be inspected for safety prior to use, as we do not guarantee nor check the condition of these items​. Should you need additional items, there are endless convenience stores (ABC Stores, Whaler’s General Stores) from which you can purchase some.<br /><br />Are there concierge services?<br />- There is an Activities Desk in the lobby, located next to the hotel entrance. They are a great resource to use for suggestions on what to do.<br /><br />Is there a fitness center at the property?<br />- The fitness center is located on the 4th floor. You will be issued a card by Security that will allow you access into the fitness center. Please read posted signs for the hours it is open.<br /><br />What does the housekeeping fee include? Will daily housekeeping be provided?<br />-Daily housekeeping is not provided during your stay. The housekeeper will only service your unit AFTER you leave, to prepare it for the next guest. Mid-stay housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional fee (change of linen and towels, refresh supplies, throw out trash, tidy up common areas). Please email us for more information if you desire housekeeping services during your stay.<br /><br />Is there a safe in the unit to store my valuables?<br />- Your unit does not have a safe.<br /><br />Is the swimming pool heated? Is there a hot tub?<br />- The swimming pool is not heated, and there are no hot tubs / Jacuzzis. There are no lifeguards on duty.
