We aim to provide at least 72 hours' notice in advance. In case of emergencies, shorter notice (24 hours or less) may be necessary. Guests may choose to be present or absent during these maintenance visits according to their preference. Our goal is to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests.<br /><br />Please always clean up after yourself. No dirty kitchenware or leftovers in the sink or on the countertop. Please keep in mind cleanliness is essential to our guests.<br /><br />The whole check-in process is self-severed. Please read my messages and check-in guide carefully before your arrival and ask questions if anything not clear, especially if you plan to check in after hours.
