With that said, the owners are a family with two young children living upstairs. We try our best but you may hear some noise and footsteps. Please consider this before booking with us. <br /><br />-Minimum of 2 reviews from Airbnb which shows history of using this hosting platform and a rating of 4.7 or higher. <br /><br />-The unit is one level on the first floor of a single family home. <br /><br />-There is an internal stair that connects the top floor and bottom floor. When we have guests, this internal stair is locked shut and never used. Top floor has its own stairs for entry/ access. <br /><br />-Central heating is available; however it operates on a schedule and is controlled upstairs. We are more than happy to adjust the temperature as requested. We do not allow space heaters. <br /><br />-Please be mindful of noise level as our home (as with most homes in SF) share common walls with our neighbors.<br /><br />- Free street and driveway parking is available, but please be aware of street cleaning and parking restrictions indicated on street signs<br /><br />-Security cameras in front and back exterior of the house, including the patio.<br /><br />- We do not allow unauthorized guests. <br /><br />- We do not allow parties. <br /><br />-No washer / dryer for guest use.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />2022-009521STR
