A mere 30-minute drive takes you to KoOlina resort, Costco, and shopping centers, making it an ideal location for a spacious Ohana setting.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This house has two units: <br />1. 3/2.5 main house with the full kitchen & garage. <br /> The back yard equipped with a set of picnic table & chairs, a <br /> grill (self-maintained). Besides, there are two sets of <br /> coffer table and chairs. <br /><br />2. 1-bedroom ADU studio that has its own entrance, <br /> kitchen cooktop, washer/dryer. <br /><br />Bed arrangements for the main house (3/2.5):<br />Master Bedroom: A King size. <br />Guest room 1: A queen size<br />Guest room 2: 2 twin size + a twin-size futon<br /><br />Living room: A full size sofa bed & a couch in the living.<br /><br />1/1 ADU unit bed arrangement: A queen size. The loveseat can be laid down and it can sleep a kid or short person. <br /><br />This is perfect setting for an extended family or larger group.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />If you rent the entire property, you have the access to both 3/2.5 (the main house) and the ADU studio. Both entrance doors have the smart Lock. <br /><br />You have the access to the garage and both sides of the yard as well.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The address is derived from the TMK format and should be 84-853 Maiala St. Situated within a gated community, upon arrival, the gate guard can issue you a pass for the duration of your stay upon presenting the proper ID and car information.<br /><br />As you journey along the West Coast, you may encounter a somber sight: the homeless population. Our residence, however, is nestled in a secure and tranquil gated community, offering a haven away from such scenes. Although it requires a bit of a drive from the town, the distance ensures a peaceful environment. In Oahu, legal short-term rental options are limited, with most being condominiums. To our knowledge, our community stands as the sole single-family short-term rental project available.<br /><br />It's essential to note that the tax implications for short-term rentals are significant.
