The basement floor is NOT part of the original full house (added in 2020, occupied by owner^) described above and not available to or accessible by guests. <br /><br />^Laundry room and garage are shared (w/ Owner). <br /><br />Parking: <br />1 vehicle can be parked on site.<br />It would need to be parked parallel to the street in front of garage (blocking the driveway / garage). In addition to the regular process, we have adopted the following cleaning and disinfection procedures: <br />b) Masks and gloves will be required of all members of the cleaning crew and hosts (us) while servicing our property.<br />c) Enhanced cleaning (wiping down) of kitchen (e.g. appliances, handles), living/dining room furniture, bedroom/closet (e.g. handles), bathrooms, and entrances with disinfectant spray or wipes will be in effect.<br />d) Hand sanitizer and other antiseptic products will be provided for guests.<br /><br />Note: please bring your own gloves and masks<br /><br />2) Hosts will provide guests with an electronic doc "house manual" with information about the house and neighborhood a few days before arrival.
