Located above the carport (no wall to wall neighbors), with parking space right in front (no parking is permitted on-street). Cool trade winds blow through the studio. Small portable A/C unit in the studio. Two-stove burner and small oven are on lanai balcony (not in kitchen) as well as double burner hotplate for indoor cooking. Studio door has digital keypad for easy check-in.<br /><br /><b>The location</b><br />Conveniently located for visits to the North and South sides of the island, a 5 minute drive down the hill to the town of Kapa‘a and the East side beaches. Located in a residential neighborhood with quiet time from 9pm to 8am.
