One on the second main floor and one on the first floor. There are also separate gas furnaces and air conditioning units for each of the three floors that can he controlled and turned on and off separately. There are three separate laundry rooms with their own washer and dryer, one on each of the three floors.<br />The resort-like backyard has a gas heated pool and gas heated hot tub, picnic area and children's playground. Gorgeous two year old red wood decks on each floor give the backyard a rustic and spacious feel. There are over 2,000 square feet of redwood decks. <br /> <br />Approximately 10 min to hwys 280 and 101. ~15 min to downtown San Jose and to 2020 BART. ~10 min to Alum Rock Park w/ miles of trails. ~15 min to the luxury VillaSport Athletic Club.
