The living area is cozy and inviting, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the dining area offers a comfortable space to gather, share, and enjoy meals together.<br /><br />Each of the three bedrooms is tastefully decorated to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom offers a versatile trundle bed with two twin-sized mattresses, perfect for children or petite adults, with a top mattress weight capacity of 200 lbs. The third bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed.<br /><br />There are two full-sized bathrooms, one featuring a walk-in shower stall and the other a shower-tub combo, providing flexibility and convenience for all guests.<br /><br />Amenities:<br />   •   High-speed Wi-Fi<br />   •   Smart Flat-screen TV in the living room and 2nd bedroom. The device does not record audio or video and is used solely to monitor decibel levels to help ensure a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests are welcome to use all areas of the home except the garage (no garage access - used for storage). Parking is available in the driveway or on the street in front of the house or on the side of the house. Please do not block any portion of the sidewalk.
