This is a very quiet, private unit at the back interior corner of the building. Blocks away from Lafayette Park, Polk St., Whole Foods, and public transportation.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Note, while there is high speed internet/wifi and a TV in the unit, we don't have a cable/satellite television subscription. There is a spare hdmi cable for linking a laptop to the TV, as well as a chromecast for streaming.
