There are two additional bedrooms each with an extra long twins and also a full bathroom (bath 1) with extra deep extra wide kholer tub and dual shower head. <br />The main floor features an open floor plan livingroom and diningroom. Living room has two flip down sofas for extra sleeping space and dining room has a table that can expand to seat 10. The main den/ TV room has a u- shape velvet sofa with a sofabed (sofa plus the sofa bed that can accomodate 4 small kids) and 72 inch TV. There is a full bathroom (bath 2) with bathtub/shower off the den. Kitchen has counter height table that sits 6. There is also a small dedicated desk area. The back bedroom features a generous full bed and a small in room TV. There is also a luxury salon marble bathroom with double showerhead.(bath 3)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the house and also the driveway to park one car and you can block the driveway for a second car to park. You will also have access to private dual laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers) in the garage. There is shared access to the backyard area.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our prime location is half a block from the Fillmore strolling street and also walking distance to Japantown, Union strolling district, Laurel Village strolling district and Chestnut strolling district. We are also half a block away from Alta Plaza park that has tennis and basketball courts, a playground and some of the best views of SF. Also strolling along Pacific and Broadway West you can walk among some of the most beautiful properties in SF.
