Paid parking is available across the street.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The loft-style condo has high ceilings and large open spaces. It has 2 stories. It features 2 bedrooms, a den, and 2.5 baths. Both bedrooms, the den, and two full bathrooms are upstairs. The first floor has the kitchen, a half bathroom, and a living room. The living room features large windows that look down to King St and a large 75" TV.<br /><br />Each bedroom has a king bed and a large TV. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. It looks out to a peaceful bamboo courtyard. The second bedroom has high ceilings and large windows. It looks out to King St. The den is covered in bookshelves and a pull-down murphy bed (queen-sized). The den and the second bedroom share the second full bathroom. Both bedrooms have very large walk-in closets with custom drawers. <br /><br />A full-sized washer and dryer are located in a closet between the two bedrooms.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will be renting the entire condo.
