Perfect for a couple of 2 OR 3-6 people close friends or family vacation needs.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />🌺Location <br />Right in the middle of Waikiki and on the quieter side of the middle, 5 mins walking distance to International Market and Royal Hawaii center(2 major shopping mall), closets beach is the beach right in front of Royal Hawaiian hotel, it’s only about 10-15 mins walking, unit come with a wagon will make a family beach day walking at ease. Free parking across street. Front and back double parking( back one is a bit tight). Parking situation is a madness in hawai, we try our best to accommodate our guest. If you don’t mind the walk you can use the parking pass we provide across the street, it’s about 3-5 mins walking. And it’s in the middle of Waikiki, will leave your walking distance to mostly part of Waikiki. <br /><br />2. In building parking is 47 dollar per night/ day rates. ( price might be change by facility) it’s common in Waikiki parking charge for 40-60 per night. It’s plenty of space in the building, so far we haven’t run into any spot shortage issue( a lots unassigned parking have shortage on weekend and major holiday or events).<br /><br /> 3. Other option is Ala wai side parking right outside it’s free, please check on city schedule( it’s all depends on parking karma) and meter parking( can be find and pay by park smart APP) . <br /><br /> 4. its a not big island, from airport to unit only should be around 20mins, and uber or Lyft to go Ala Moana mall and china town only 5 -10mins, so if you don’t plan to go north side, it’s easy to do transportation by share rides. Most places you will be able to walk or short ride with uber. Also a lots bus can go everywhere to. <br /><br /><br /><br />🌺Car rental :<br />808 car rental right down stairs same building, we have 10% discount if you bring up owner name, and also if you rent by day, you can just do self drop off back to same building parking lot to avoid nightly parking fee. <br /><br />Also HUI APP, is a Hawai’i car rental can rent out cars by hourly rate, they have a spot in the building and a couple other locations near by. <br /><br />And all other major brand for car rental Waikiki location are all with in 5-10 mins walking distance. We personally recommend enterprise car rental, it’s the closest big brand( more reasonable price), and it’s very close to the unit, also if you can figure out how to book and check in online( skip the pick up line save time), it’s a trick to do self return to the parking lot by book daily to avoid the nightly parking fee, and easy short walk only one block back to unit. <br /><br />🌺The building <br />It’s a building the 70s, like most of then building in Waikiki. It’s old but we think it’s well maintained, and also has front desk and security 24/7, fob entering only building. <br /><br />6th floor<br />Big pool( probably the biggest around)<br />Jacuzzi and sauna <br />convenience store<br />small gym( gym charge 10 dollar per person per time), all other facilities are for free, and ice maker machine and water filter station. <br /><br />🌺 Luggage storage and carrying <br />Front desk provide baggage service for 5 dollar a piece, but the space is limited, first come first save, We don’t provide luggage storage service ahead for our cleaning team have a better routine. Also there is a luggage storage place down stairs inside 808 car rental charge for 5 dollar per piece as well. <br />And you can get a luggage cart from front desk for free to help you move to the unit easy.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest will have the entire unit and the building facility. <br />The building has a big pool and jacuzzi, also a sauna room , and big water filter station and ice maker machine. Also a convince store in building. And a lots shared grills on 6th floor too to have a chill pool bbq day. They all locating at 6th floor.<br /><br />🏖️Fitness Center will be open 24-hours daily<br />🏖️Swimming Pool will be open from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.<br />🏖️Sauna will be open from 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.<br />🏖️BBQ Grills will be open from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />🌺note: things we have to be honest <br /><br />pest<br />The tropical weather is heavenly in hawai, for you for me and for all kinds of creatures and pest too, you might gonna spot rochas any where, even fancy restaurants or five star hotel lobby, we try our best to do a regularly kid friendly pest control, but it might show up occasionally, it’s our experience for owning a couple units in Waikiki after years. We haven’t have any issue so far, since the unit is fully renovated, but there is a chance since all buildings in Waikiki are old, and with a experience for stayed almost half of the hotels in Waikiki. We can promise we will be on top of it 100% do the pest spaying on time, and during the renovation we have sealed all the floor boards and plumbing gaps, but we just can’t promise that you won’t see any in a tropical situation. We will be honest and post if any situation occurred with a date and post treatment date if any of our unit has the issue, we want to be 100% transparent with our guest. <br /><br />Sound<br />Waikiki is a very lively island, all kinds things happening every day, please be prepare to hear noises some times, it will be better than New York but you do hear sirens and yelling screaming people and car engines some times, good things all of our windows are glass windows, not the old kind Hawaiian jalousie window, and we are on the quieter side of the middle Waikiki next to Ala wai blvd, it’s way much better than kalakaua side of Waikiki. But even tho we are at higher floor there will still be sound sometimes. <br />If you are a very sensitive sleeper, please go check out ritz carton, not a sarcasm, we mean it, it’s the only place with similar set up like us( 1b with kitchen and washer), that’s our experience by slept in more than half of Waikiki hotels, ritz is the only hotel in a newer build building with better sound proof. <br /><br />Neighbors <br />most of building build in 70s on Waikiki, ours too, not perfect situation for sound proof with your neighbors, won’t be extremely isolated sound proof with neighbors. Also all the lanai are next to each other. <br /><br />Amenities <br />We try to set up our unit with most of things you will need and something you can’t even think of to make your vacation memorable and enjoyable. We meant to help our guest have a good time on the island, not spending times on house errands, we provide enough toilet papers ( 6-8 rolls), kitchen towels (2 rolls), and enough trash bags also not limit d on laundry detergents and dishwasher pods ( we leave by box and refill when run out) <br /><br />Pool<br />Our HOA is very on top of the swimming pool safety, but that’s mean they shut down the pool sometimes, this year one person throw a broken bottle to the pool, so they drain the pool and re filled it and pool closed for one week, also one time this year some tiles fall off, they drain the pool fix the tile right away when they find out, also they change the water regularly, it might happened during your stay, but also in a bright way it’s clean and safe :)<br />If that happens, we will arrange another access for a pool at a building across the street. <br /><br /><br />Front desk ID check<br />Front dest will check guest ID for guest to check in, it’s required by the management.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />260210260405, 21, TA-003-750-0416-01
