It is 670 sq ft with plenty of room for 4 people.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Simple, elegant, and cozy. Built in the late 70's, I kept the appliances and furniture that were in perfect condition. The palette is of warm greys, black, and white inspired by snowdrifts. In the winter you can park your car and walk over to the lifts, in summer take the Shirley Canyon Trail for a day hike. The condo is on the second floor in a quiet cul de sac.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Parking is 100ft past the bldg to the rt. Only one space is available with the reservation. A parking pass is required and is available inside the unit.
