The house features a gas fireplace (only heat source) in the cozy living room, with a couch and chairs, TV with internet access, open copper kitchen with small island bar, bench-style dining, and nice wood floors. <br /><br />There are 4 bedrooms (3 up and 1 down) and 3 bathrooms in the home. The lower level bathroom is accessible through the bedroom and has a shower. The second bathroom is in the bunk room upstairs and has a tub and shower. The third bathroom is in the master bedroom and only has a large jetted tub with a handheld shower.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There is a hot tub in the back yard.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Desirable Tahoe Park area.
