All rooms in the Koya Suite overlook the Pacific Ocean through the lanai, deck, infinity pool+Jacuzzi .<br /><br />We also provide Car rental service: Tesla Model Y 5-7 seats. There is charger on the property so you do not need to worry about gas! Please Inquire<br /><br />We have a brand new split system AC and heating in every room and living room.<br /><br />The Koya Suite is located on the Nouth side of the villa and has its own separate entrance (that is the entire right side of the house as shown in the opening image).<br /><br />All rooms in the Koya Suite overlook the Pacific Ocean through the lanai, deck and infinity pool. The master bedroom has two queen beds– when you awake you can see 30 miles of the Kona coastline and ocean from your bed - often along with 55 mile visibility to the horizon. It has an attached private master bath with a large soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. <br /><br />The second bedroom features one queen bed. It has its own bath right besides it . <br /><br />There is also a room with a queen-size bed, luggage storage, and modern full-size washer/dryers<br /><br />The enormous gourmet Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room has every amenity a chef could want. The Koya Suite is about 1,800 sq ft and the deck and pool easily adds another 1,000.<br /><br />We offer 2 beds/2 baths as well as a large couch. We offer a true gourmet kitchen - beach towels, boogie boards, ice coolers, ironing boards, laundry detergent – almost everything that you could think of.<br /><br />Please note that on Tuesdays, there is pool maintenance that takes place, and on Wednesdays/Thursdays coffee roastery maintenance takes place. We also have a ground maintenance man on site working in the garage and roastery from 7am-3pm Monday through Friday who works on maintenance and cleaning of vehicles.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The newly reopened gym is around 600 sq ft. There is also a huge parking area. The original estate was built to house two separate families that used to vacation together so privacy was built into the design.The entryway is open and offers separate entrances. The has high end Life Fitness cardio machines.<br /><br />The infinity pool is shared with guests of another unit and we use a reservation system to allow guests to privately reserve the pool for a preferred time slot (max reservations 3 hours daily ). Outside of reservations, the pool is available on a first come first serve basis with no time restrictions. We will send you the link for the reservation system on the day of your check in. The pool also features Endless Pool - Fastlane.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have an Optimum Business Internet connection here that delivers up to 600 mps to the whole estate. The dedicated endpoint in the living room delivers 150-250 mbs and offers extremely reliable Wi-Fi as well as a wired connection.
