Walk to groceries, restaurants, food trucks, and farmer's markets. Its an easy 5 minute drive to Whalers' Village and 10 minute drive to Lahaina. All common areas are yours to experience during your stay. They will be shared with other guests staying at the resort. This includes the pool, hot tub, cabana kitchen, tables, loungers and games. All beaches in the state of Hawaii are open to the public. We do have beautiful beaches adjacent to the resort, which all guests are welcome to enjoy, and the Ka'anapali boardwalk begins just steps from the condo.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This unit is zoned "Hotel" and is not affected by Maui County's pending proposal to phase out short-term rentals in apartment zones. <br /><br />Hale Lono offers a unique combination that includes the upscale atmosphere of a full-service hotel, with the privacy of a condo.
