If the home is left excessively dirty, additional fees for cleaning will apply.<br /><br />~ NO SMOKING OR DRUGS - Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is allowed inside the house or on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the house, additional fees will apply for deep cleaning, minimum fine $500.00. <br /><br />~ QUIET HOURS - Please be respectful of others. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. <br /><br />~ CHECKOUT - Check-out time is at 10:00AM. If you’d like to request late checkout, we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional fees may apply.<br /><br />~ MINIMUM RENTAL AGE - 25 years or older. <br /><br />~Being in a tropical climate, occasional bugs are normal, though the unit is professionally cleaned and regularly treated.
