The house has 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, modern kitchen, and a dining room/den. Each bedroom has a king bed. The den has a full-size futon in it. Note: the den does not count as the 3rd bedroom. <br /><br />The house has awesome ocean views in a central location for strolling, golfing, kayaking, biking, romancing, or doing nothing at all. Simply enjoy the Ocean View !!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire vacation home : The house has 2 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms. The living room features a fire-place and 50 inch TV on top of the fireplace. Kitchen is quipped with refrigerator, dish-washer, stove, oven, microwave, and some small appliances, not to mention plates and utensils. Master Bedroom has a King size bed, sitting area and great views of the coastline. Second bedroom also has a King size bed, sitting area and access to the upstairs view deck with panoramic, unobstructed views of the coast line. Futon is available on 1st floor den with a barn door, we provide fresh towels, linens, pillows and comforters.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is a road between you (in the house) and the Pacific Ocean. At night, you will hear the sounds of the Ocean crashing on the shore. We thought this may be cars at first, but soon realized it was the magical sounds of the ocean, especially at night. Some guests really like the sounds of the Ocean.
