And of the few that are ocean front, many are spread out far from the center of Kona or the beach. Enjoy the best of all worlds with a right-on-the ocean condo that is just a block from Kailua Village and Honl's beach.<br /><br />When comparing to other condos here are some things to consider:<br /><br />* Is the condo absolutely oceanfront? <br />* Will you get oceanfront views from the living room AND the bedroom?<br />* Is the pool oceanfront?<br />* Can you walk to town and the beach?<br />* Is the condo in a quiet location (Many condos have a living room facing the ocean but the bedroom facing Ali'i Drive and the traffic noise). <br />* Is there an elevator?<br />* Does the condo have conditioning?<br /><br />Hale Kona Kai is a quiet complex where you will not hear the road noise from Ali'i Drive. Our large lanai provides perfect views of local surfers, not to mention seasonal whale and dolphin watching, boats, cruise ships, and more. The condo is bright and sunny, with the ocean views extending into the living room and bedroom. Updates include a new walk-in tile shower, a new vanity, stone countertops, new appliances, new wood floors, all new furniture including a brand new king bed with all white linens and comforter, a queen sleeper sofa with a real memory foam mattress, new ceiling fans, new paint, new window coverings, and more. <br /><br />So treat yourself and relax. We have what you need. This condo lets you leave your car behind as you walk to Honl's beach, to grab a cup of coffee, an ice cold beverage, a meal, live music, a massage, tennis courts, souvenirs and more. There is also a heated saltwater pool equipped with everything you need--lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, a dining area, and a communal BBQ. Don't want to drag groceries and suitcases up stairs? Take the building elevator (not all buildings have one). Feeling hot? Turn on the A/C. We also supply towels, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a lunch cooler, coffee, body wash, lotion and more.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have the entire condo and private lanai to themselves. Outdoor pool is a shared space. Private parking in a numbered spot.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our condo is professionally cleaned and well-maintained, and we do our absolute best to resolve any issues quickly. That said, small things can come up—like a slow drain, internet outage, or other minor maintenance hiccup.<br /><br />The unit has central AC, and it typically works great. But if it goes down, we provide portable AC units to keep things comfortable.<br /><br />Hawaii is a tropical paradise... and that means tropical critters. We do quarterly, non-toxic pest control (which may happen during your stay), but guests may still see pests like sugar ants or, very rarely, a cockroach—especially if patio doors are left open or if cardboard boxes (hello, Costco) make their way in.<br /><br />The condo is usually quiet except for the sound of the waves, but since we can’t control neighbors or outdoor noise, earplugs are a smart idea for light sleepers.<br /><br />We’re just a message away if you need anything, and we truly appreciate your flexibility with the little quirks that come with life in a Hawaii home.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STVR license 19-360326
