An efficient kitchen with an island that seats four invites you to gather. Enjoy the balcony/lanai as another place to dine where there are two bar height tables with six chairs. The second bedroom has the option for your preference of bed arrangement: either one king or two single beds. It has an ensuite bath with tub/shower combination, a desk w/chair, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig.
