The buildings’ units are staggered in a unique shape; our upstairs unit is THE closest to the bluff of any in the building allowing unparalleled and immersive ocean views.<br /><br />This unit features both a primary suite and second bedroom with queen bed with premium linens and ensuite bath stocked with shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. <br />The living room offers comfortable seating, Smart TV, and sliding doors that open to the tropical breeze.<br />Our fully equipped kitchen houses modern appliances, coffee maker, blender, cookware, and dining area. <br />The unit has a washer & dryer for your comfort and convenience during longer stays. We supply Tide Pods for your ease. <br /><br />While we do our best to keep the property pest free and pay for regular professional preventative pest treatments, Princeville is a tropical island environment and guests should be prepared to occasionally encounter lizards, geckos, insects, and other native flora and fauna. Please kindly ensure screens and screen doors are closed and food is kept in sealed containers or in the refrigerator.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There are about 30 stairs to the condo door. Please note that Princeville community is quite dark at night, so be mindful of your step.<br /><br />Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the resort pool. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on Airbnb. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Not appropriate for young children. No smoking on property. One flight of steps required to access unit. No a/c; steady trade-winds the bluff cool unit. 2nd bedroom is loft open to main living space. Each bedroom has full bathroom with shower. No bathtub. Walking trail to the beautiful secluded Sealodge beach can be slippery. Good shoes and bug spray recommended. <br /><br />Per Hawaiian tradition, we request guests to kindly remove shoes when inside. <br /><br />Parking, taxes and cleaning all included.
