Our Maui vacation home is a beach front condo on the FOURTH floor in Kauhale Makai on the beach side of South Kihei Rd, steps to the beach.<br /><br />Beautiful ocean views from both bedroom and living room and features hotel-style amenities; an adult pool, kiddie pool, large hot tub, putting green, shuffleboard and free parking.<br />Recently remodeled, our condo has central air-conditioning and easy access to all parts of the island! All taxes are included in the price.<br /><br />Ta-163-430-2464-01<br />(TAT LICENSE)<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our unit includes free parking, no resort fees, a very comfy king-sized bed, two Smart Roku TV's, basic cable and Free Wi-fi Internet. <br />All the conveniences of home are provided In this well stocked kitchen with full sized appliances that include adishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator. Also beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag. <br /> Calm ocean mornings are popular times for kayaking and canoe club activities, while trade wind afternoons may bring colorful windsurfers, kite surfers, and stand-up board paddlers. You will enjoy this beach-side location with views of the ocean and west Maui mountains year around but especially during the Winter months when Humpback whales make their annual migration south. <br />There is laundromat one floor up near the elevator should you need to wash and dry clothes at a reasonable cost.<br /><br />There is a putting green, swimming pool, kid’s pool, hot tub spa, volleyball court, and two shuffleboard courts for your enjoyment. There are four gas grill bbqs and tables to dine outdoors. This is a great complex to meet others while dining at sunset or under the stars.
