You will be close to the elevator, pool and cabana, with the high-speed internet streaming services on the 2 TV’s.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Kona Palms is a small 12 unit condo complex, right in the heart of the famous Ali'i Drive in Kona. It is quiet and friendly. It is right across from Lyman's Cove and one of the most famous surf spots on the island. The cove has some lovely areas to sit and enjoy the ocean and look for washed up shells and coral. The complex is adjacent to a jungle on the north and east, so you can feel a part of the island. <br />You can enjoy your meals out on the lanai or inside in the air-conditioned comfort.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There is a covered assigned parking space for you, with an elevator or stairs to take you to the 2nd floor. The shared saltwater pool, barbeque and outdoor dining area are right there and very convenient.<br /><br />You have one dedicated parking space. If you need another it may be available for $20/day.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Maximum occupancy 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.<br />Minimum age of primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
