This magnificent property is all about the views; Ocean views, ocean sunset views, Cypress Point Golf Course and Spyglass views. It's the perfect spot for a gathering of family or friends with easy access to the beach. It's approximately three miles from the Lodge at Pebble Beach and next door to some of the world's best golf courses. <br /><br />Large spaces for congregating and enjoying the peacefulness Pebble Beach has to offer.<br /><br />!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Beginning at the end of December, our property will be converting to a 30 + day rental. Should you desire to stay with us, please contact us with any questions. <br /><br />Situated atop Signal Hill Road, overlooking Cypress Point Golf Course, Fan Shell Beach and 17 Mile Drive, awaits the awe-inspiring panoramic ocean views of the Dunes House. We have access to walking trails, close proximity to the Lodge at Pebble Beach, Carmel by the Sea the Inn at Spanish Bay as well as Pacific Grove. This is a fantastic coastal site.<br /><br />This graceful single level 3800 square foot ranch style home hosts six bedrooms and four baths. Four of our guest rooms have amazing ocean views, including the master with a king size bed and a trundle with two twins. Three additional double/double bedded rooms, one with a wood burning fireplace have the amazing ocean views as well. We have one additional room with a full size bed with views of the dunes at Spyglass Hill Golf Course and the other king bedroom has unparalleled views of Cypress Point Golf Club. Six bedrooms in total.<br /><br />The gate fees at the Pebble Beach gate must be paid by the guests, due to added stringent regulations at the gate. You may use the receipt toward any purchases made inside Pebble Beach.<br /><br />We require the thread count of our linens to be a minimum of 500. We provide upgraded amenities for your enjoyment as well as complimentary FIJI waters in every guest room and free WIFI.<br /><br />Enjoy the stone and hardwood floors, large open kitchen and dining room, as well as spacious patio for outdoor entertaining. So many activities are right at your front door; surfing, boogie boarding, walking, hiking, jogging, biking, golfing, tennis, wine tasting, fine dining, and shopping among so many others.<br /><br />The property hosts a very large driveway, with parking spaces for at least six automobiles.<br /><br />A few other items to note:<br /><br />*Coffee Maker is a Ninja Barista. It works as a drip coffee maker or Nespresso with a built in frother. It uses the original small pods. We provide you with a sleeve of pods and coffee as a starter for your stay.<br /><br />*Outdoor barbecue is plumbed. No need to worry about propane tanks:)<br /><br />*We do not provide wood for the indoor wood burning fireplaces.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Entire Home<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Thank you for staying with us at Wayne Estates.<br /><br />There are a few items we’d like to address that we are very strict on. Our properties do have exterior security cameras.<br /><br />Our staff will take the garbage cans to the street for you on Monday afternoon and return them on Tuesday. Our gardener may be onsite on Tuesday or Thursday, however we do try to schedule him accordingly as not to infringe on your stay with us.<br /><br /><br />We do not allow pets.<br />We do not allow smoking.<br />The maximum number of daytime guests may not exceed 1.5 times the number of overnight guests.<br />We do not permit excessive noise.<br /><br />If a pet should be brought onsite, we will charge a fee equal to your security deposit and ask that you leave the premises immediately. There will be no refund of any monies for violating our policies.<br /><br />If smoking is found onsite, we will charge a cleaning fee equal to your security deposit, and my need to bill additional monies to cover any deep cleaning and re-painting of the property that we may incur.<br /><br />If the number of guests exceeds the above mention, you will be charged a fee equal to the security deposit.<br /><br />If we receive a complaint due to excessive noise, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and forfeit any monies received, including but not limited to deposits made.<br /><br />If you have any questions to the above rules, please feel free to contact me.
