Failure to do this may result in a fine from the building association.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a fully licensed short-term vacation rental, complying with Hawaiian regulations.<br /><br />Guest Occupancy:<br /> - A maximum of 2 guests are allowed in the unit, regardless of age.<br /><br />House Rules:<br /> - No parties or smoking are permitted inside the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere in the building. A fine will be imposed for violations, along with any associated damage costs.<br /> - Respectful behavior is expected. Disregarding house or resort rules may result in fines or eviction without a refund.<br /><br />Security Check-In:<br /> - All guests must check in with security upon arrival before entering the room. Failure to do so may incur a $1,000 daily fine from the building association.<br /><br />Planned Maintenance:<br />To provide full transparency, I'd like to inform you of the following:<br />Waikiki Sunset is undergoing an air conditioner improvement project from January 2025 to March 2025, AC outages may occur during this period.<br />We will receive advance notice of specific shutoffs outside this period and keep you informed.<br /><br />Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during these improvements.<br /><br />Cancellation Policy:<br /> - Cancellations adhere to Airbnb's Strict policy.
